Frontdesk Application?
Frontdesk Odoo (sometimes referred to as Visitor Management System) is a module or add-on application in Odoo used to record, manage, and monitor guests or visitors coming to an office or specific location.
Main Purpose
To help companies record guest check-in and check-out activities neatly and automatically replacing manual entries in the guest book.
Here is the process flow of the Frontdesk application that we have customized:

Main Functions of Frontdesk:
Features | Description | |
Guest Registration | Frontdesk staff fills in visit data such as name, email, purpose, and the person to be met. | |
Visit Management | The Frontdesk application stores data of all visits, check-in and check-out times, and status (pending, approved, completed). | |
Automatic Notifications | When guests arrive, the system can automatically send an email or WhatsApp to the host (the person being visited) with additional information such as the guest wifi password, food requirements like snacks/drinks needed during the meeting, and more. | |
Check-in / Check-out Tracking | The system records the arrival and departure times of guests and provides notifications to guests when there is a status change. | |
