KITRAS (Indonesian Medical and Hospital Digital Community) is a digital health community that serves as a learning center for healthcare professionals, both medical and non-medical, to collaborate with IT professionals and technology companies.

In supporting its activities, KITRAS needs a Webinar platform that is integrated with a secure payment system. This solution is now run through Odoo ERP, which is directly connected to Xendit Payment Gateway.

PT. Meiwa Mold Indonesiais a company focused on producing high-quality molds for aluminum die casting, serving the automotive, telecommunications, consumer electronics, household appliances, and industrial components industries.

In order to improve its operations, the company has updated its project integration and work scheduling across all branches by adopting a centralized application based on Odoo ERP.

HR Mobile - Infinyscloud 

Simplify HR operations with HR Mobile (Android/Apple), a mobile application fully integrated with Odoo HR. Employees, managers, and HR teams can view profiles, request leave, approve timesheets, and receive real-time notifications while data remains centralized in the Odoo backend.

The mobile application communicates with Odoo through a secure API to read and write permitted HR data (employee, leave, attendance, timesheet, attachments). All actions are recorded in Odoo for reporting and control.

Built with Next.js, this portal simplifies HR processes and enhances workforce productivity through seamless Odoo integration. Specifically designed for portal users rather than internal users.

Tax Invoice - Pajakku Infinys

Pajakku Infinys is an Odoo accounting module integrated with Coretax and Pajakku API for the automation of electronic tax invoices (e-Invoices). This module simplifies the creation, cancellation, and monitoring of e-Invoices directly from Odoo with a complete audit trail.

Users can download official e-Invoices in PDF format, monitor their status in real-time, and send tax invoices along with customer invoices, making the billing and tax reporting process faster, more efficient, and compliant with Indonesian regulations.

Omnichannel- Odoo Shopee Integration

Connect Odoo with Shopee for omni-channel operations in a single integrated system. This integration synchronizes products, stock, and prices. Orders from Shopee automatically enter Odoo. The system automatically assigns shipping methods. Tracking numbers and stock availability are updated in real time. As a result, manual work is reduced, data is more consistent, and the order fulfillment process is faster.
