    • Shopee Synchronization

      • Auto sync by default (you can set the interval via Scheduled Actions).

      • Manual sync when needed (Sync Orders, Fetch Shipping Labels, Sync Inventory, Update Shop).

    • Example transaction flow

      • Incoming order → automatically create Sales Order → Delivery Order → Invoice, tracking numbers are neatly stored.

    • Canceling an order is simple

      • From Sales Orders, click Cancel→ the system sends a notification to the customer (email/WhatsApp via automations).


    Checkout Without Hassle

    • Real-time shipping costs with RajaOngkir: customers just choose the courier service, and the cost is displayed immediately.

    • Instant payment via Xendit: after payment, the ERP updates the status & reconciliation is automatic.


    Reports & Dashboard

    • Xendit Reports: monitor successful/pending/refund transactions across channels.

    • Odoo Reports & Dashboards: real-time sales, top products, payment aging, plus Inventory Dashboard to monitor stock movement & restock plans.
