What is Coretax?

Coretaxis the latest tax system from DJP integrated with e-Faktur.

In Odoo, the process of creating XML e-Faktur can be automated using the moduleIndonesia E-Faktur (Coretax).

With this implementation, companies can:

• Generate XML e-Faktur directly from Odoo invoices
• Manage customer NPWP data
• Set up automatic tax transaction codes
• Support VAT reporting according to Indonesian regulations
• Facilitate the upload process to the DJP Coretax system

Configuration Steps

1. Install Module

Go to:

• Apps

Install:

• Indonesia E-Faktur (Coretax)

For Odoo 17 & 18:

• Go to Accounting → Settings
• ClickReload Fiscal Localization

2. Setup Customer

Go to:

• Contacts

Fill in the data:

• NPWP
• CheckPKP ID
• SelectInvoice Transaction Code
• Fill in customer email

3. Setup Product

Go to:

• Products

Select:

• E-Faktur Product Code

Example:

• Goods
• Services

4. Generate XML Coretax

Go to:

• Accounting → Invoice

Steps:

1. Create Invoice
2. Post Invoice
3. Click the Gear / Action icon

4. Select:

   • Download E-Faktur

The system will automatically generate the XML Coretax file.
